Getting Started

Get your Wix API Key and Site ID

Generate an API Key from the Wix Dashboard under Settings → API Keys, and copy the Site ID from Settings → Site ID. See Wix’s REST API authentication docs for details.

Connect via API key

In the Shanone dashboard, go to Integrations → Wix and enter both the API Key and Site ID.

Retry your request

Once connected, shanone_execute_tool calls for wix_* tools will succeed.

Troubleshooting

Wix API calls require both the API Key and the Site ID — a key alone isn’t enough to scope the request to your site. Confirm both are set in Integrations.
Draft orders are a staging step — build up line items and shipping info with wix_update_draft_order_line_items/wix_set_draft_order_shipping_info first, then call wix_commit_draft_order to convert it into a real order.
Custom collections need their permission model checked with wix_get_data_permissions — some collections restrict read access by role, which can cause an API-key-based query to return an empty result set.
Call wix_get_service_availability immediately before booking — availability can change between when your agent checked and when it books, especially for popular time slots.
