Shanone’s Attio integration gives your agent 76 tools covering Attio’s flexible object model — standard CRM records (companies, people, deals) alongside custom objects, lists, attributes, notes, comments, and tasks.

Getting Started

Connect via OAuth

Ask your agent to do something with Attio (e.g. “list companies tagged as enterprise”), or connect proactively from Integrations in the Shanone dashboard.

Authorize the workspace

Approve Attio’s OAuth consent screen for the workspace you want Shanone to access.

Retry your request

Once connected, shanone_execute_tool calls for attio_* tools will succeed.

Troubleshooting

Attio’s object schemas are workspace-specific and can include custom attributes. Call attio_get_object_attributes or attio_list_attributes first to confirm exact attribute slugs and types.
These are upsert-style operations that match on a matching attribute (e.g. domain for companies) — if the match value is ambiguous or missing, Attio may create a duplicate instead of updating the intended record.
Enum-style attributes (select, status) require an exact option ID or title from attio_get_select_options — free-text values that don’t match an existing option will fail unless you first create the option with attio_create_select_option.
