Shanone’s Airtable integration gives your agent 55 tools for working with bases as structured databases — records, tables, fields, and views, plus the collaboration layer (comments, base collaborators, webhooks) that most simple Airtable wrappers skip.

Getting Started

Connect via OAuth

Ask your agent to do something with Airtable (e.g. “list the records in my Projects table”), or connect proactively from Integrations in the Shanone dashboard.

Authorize the requested bases

Airtable’s OAuth consent screen lets you scope access to specific bases and workspaces — grant access to whichever ones you want Shanone to read or write.

Retry your request

Once connected, shanone_execute_tool calls for airtable_* tools will succeed for the bases you authorized.

Troubleshooting

Field names are case-sensitive and must match exactly. Call airtable_get_table or airtable_get_base_schema first to confirm the exact field names and types before writing.
Airtable paginates results by default. Use airtable_list_records_paginated with the returned offset, or airtable_list_all_records to automatically walk every page.
OAuth access is scoped per-base at connection time. Reconnect the integration from Integrations in the Shanone dashboard and grant access to the missing base.
