Connect via OAuth
Ask your agent to do something with Meet (e.g. “summarize yesterday’s standup transcript”), or connect proactively from Integrations in the Shanone dashboard.

Authorize the Google account
Approve Google’s OAuth consent screen for the account whose Meet data Shanone should access.

google_meet_get_transcript or google_meet_get_smart_note returns nothing
google_meet_get_transcript or google_meet_get_smart_note returns nothing
Transcripts and smart notes are only generated when recording/transcription was enabled during the meeting and are subject to the Workspace admin’s Meet feature settings — they aren’t available retroactively for meetings that didn’t have them turned on.

Conference records are created per-instance of a meeting in a space; use
google_meet_get_space first to confirm the space name/ID, then list records scoped to that space rather than assuming a global listing.google_meet_create_space succeeds but the join link doesn't work for external users
