Getting Started

Get a Mem0 API key

Sign up at app.mem0.ai and copy your API key from the dashboard.

Add the key in Shanone

Go to Integrations > Mem0 in the Shanone dashboard and paste the API key in.

Retry your request

Once saved, shanone_execute_tool calls for mem0_* tools will succeed.

Troubleshooting

Search quality depends on how memories were added — pass enough context (user_id, agent_id, or run_id) at add time so memories are scoped correctly for later retrieval.
mem0_get_event_status can confirm whether a batch operation fully completed; some batch add/update calls process asynchronously and may need a short delay before the result is final.
mem0_delete_entity removes the entity record itself; use mem0_delete_all_memories scoped to that entity’s user/agent ID if you also need its associated memories gone.
