はじめに

アクセストークンを発行する

SmartHRの企業向けAPI設定画面で、Shanoneに操作させたいテナント用のアクセストークンを発行します。

ShanoneでAPIキーを接続する

エージェントにSmartHR関連の作業を依頼(例: 「営業部の従業員を全員リストアップして」)するか、Shanoneダッシュボードの連携からアクセストークンと会社のサブドメインを事前に登録しておきます。

リクエストを再実行する

接続が完了すると、smarthr_*ツールに対するshanone_execute_tool呼び出しが成功するようになります。

トラブルシューティング

SmartHRはアクセストークンとテナントのサブドメインの両方を必要とします——サブドメインによって、APIがどの会社のデータを操作するかが決まります。連携画面で両方が設定されているか確認してください。
SmartHRは他の場所から参照されている部署/従業員(例: 在籍中の従業員がいる部署)の削除をブロックすることが多いです。まずsmarthr_discontinue_departmentを使うか、従業員を別の部署に移してください。
smarthr_create_crew_export_jobやsmarthr_create_crew_import_jobで作成したバッチジョブは非同期で実行されます——返されたジョブIDでsmarthr_get_batch_jobをステータスが変わるまでポーリングし、その後smarthr_get_batch_job_attachment_fileで結果を取得してください。
