# SmartHR

ShanoneのSmartHR連携は、従業員(crew)情報、家族情報、組織構造、給与/税務関連ドキュメントなど、SmartHRにおける従業員ライフサイクル全体をカバーする111個のツールをエージェントに提供します——SmartHRを利用している日本企業の人事業務に適しています。

## はじめに

    SmartHRの企業向けAPI設定画面で、Shanoneに操作させたいテナント用のアクセストークンを発行します。

  <Step title="ShanoneでAPIキーを接続する">
    エージェントにSmartHR関連の作業を依頼(例: 「営業部の従業員を全員リストアップして」)するか、Shanoneダッシュボードの**連携**からアクセストークンと会社のサブドメインを事前に登録しておきます。

  <Step title="リクエストを再実行する">
    接続が完了すると、`smarthr_*`ツールに対する`shanone_execute_tool`呼び出しが成功するようになります。

## トラブルシューティング

    SmartHRはアクセストークンとテナントのサブドメインの両方を必要とします——サブドメインによって、APIがどの会社のデータを操作するかが決まります。**連携**画面で両方が設定されているか確認してください。

  <Accordion title="smarthr_delete_departmentやsmarthr_delete_crewが予期せず失敗する">
    SmartHRは他の場所から参照されている部署/従業員(例: 在籍中の従業員がいる部署)の削除をブロックすることが多いです。まず`smarthr_discontinue_department`を使うか、従業員を別の部署に移してください。
