# incident.io

Shanoneのincident.io連携では、incident.ioプラットフォームのほぼ全機能——インシデント管理、アラート、オンコールスケジュール、ワークフロー、カタログ、ステータスページ、管理/API操作を扱う178のツールをエージェントが利用できるようになります。

## はじめに

    incident.ioダッシュボードで**Settings → API keys**に移動し、新しいキーを発行します。

    Shanoneダッシュボードの**Integrations**を開き、incident.ioを選択してAPIキーを貼り付けます。

  <Step title="リクエストを再試行する">
    保存が完了すると、`incidentio_*`ツールへの`shanone_execute_tool`呼び出しが成功するようになります。

## トラブルシューティング

  <Accordion title="incidentio_create_incidentがカスタムフィールドやロールに関する検証エラーで失敗する">
    incident.ioのアカウントでは作成時に特定のカスタムフィールドやロール割り当てが必須になっていることが多いです——まず`incidentio_list_custom_fields`と`incidentio_list_incident_roles`でワークスペースの必須項目を確認してください。

  <Accordion title="incidentio_list_schedule_entriesで想定外の抜けが発生する">
    オーバーライド(`incidentio_list_schedule_overrides`)は基本ローテーションより優先されますが、エントリ表示には自動的にマージされません——オンコール状況が不完全に見える場合は両方のエンドポイントを確認してください。
