# RevenueCat

Shanone's RevenueCat integration gives your agent 107 tools covering subscription and purchase management for mobile/web apps — customer entitlements, offerings and paywalls, products and packages, virtual currencies, and revenue analytics.

## Getting Started

  <Step title="Create a RevenueCat Secret API key">
    Generate a key from your project's **API Keys** settings in the [RevenueCat dashboard](https://app.revenuecat.com/settings/api-keys).

  <Step title="Add the key in Shanone">
    Go to **Integrations** in the Shanone dashboard, select RevenueCat, and paste in the key (`sk_...`).

  <Step title="Retry your request">
    Once saved, `shanone_execute_tool` calls for `revenuecat_*` tools will succeed.

## Troubleshooting

  <Accordion title="revenuecat_grant_customer_entitlement doesn't reflect immediately in the app">
    Client SDKs cache entitlement info; the grant is applied server-side immediately, but the app may need to refresh its customer info (or the user needs to relaunch) to see the change.

  <Accordion title="revenuecat_refund_purchase or revenuecat_refund_subscription fails">
    RevenueCat proxies refunds to the underlying store (App Store/Play Store), which has its own refund windows and eligibility rules — a rejected refund is often a store-level policy limit, not a RevenueCat error.

    Check `shanone_get_tool_schema` for the exact filter/query parameters — searches are typically scoped to a project and may require specific identifiers (app user ID, product ID) rather than free text.
