> Messaging, rich menus, audiences, insights, and account management for the LINE Messaging API

# LINE

Shanone's LINE integration gives your agent 101 tools covering nearly all of the LINE Messaging and Login APIs — sending messages, managing rich menus, building audience segments for targeted messaging, and reading engagement insights.

## Getting Started

    Ask your agent to do something with LINE (e.g. "broadcast this announcement to all followers"), or connect proactively from **Integrations** in the Shanone dashboard.

## Troubleshooting

  <Accordion title="line_reply_message fails with an invalid or expired reply token">
    Reply tokens are single-use and expire quickly after being issued in a webhook event — use `line_push_message` instead if you're responding outside that immediate webhook-handling window.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="line_broadcast_message or line_multicast_message returns a rate limit or quota error">
    Check `line_get_message_quota` and the relevant `line_get_*_message_count` tool for your plan's monthly limits — free and lower-tier plans have hard caps on push/broadcast volume.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A rich menu doesn't appear for a specific user">
    Rich menus are either set as the account-wide default (`line_set_default_rich_menu`) or explicitly linked per-user (`line_link_rich_menu_to_user`) — a per-user link always overrides the default, so check `line_get_rich_menu_id_of_user` if the wrong menu is showing.

    Validate the request first with the corresponding `line_validate_*` tool — audience uploads have strict format requirements (e.g. one identifier per line, size limits) that are easy to violate silently.
