# Chatwork

Shanone's Chatwork integration gives your agent 32 tools for team messaging: rooms, messages, tasks, files, contacts, and invite links.

## Getting Started

<Steps>
  <Step title="Connect via OAuth">
    Ask your agent to do something with Chatwork (e.g. "send a message to the Sales room"), or connect proactively from **Integrations** in the Shanone dashboard. Either way, you'll get a `connect_link` to authorize Shanone against your Chatwork account.

    Approve Chatwork's OAuth consent screen for the account you want Shanone to act on.

  <Step title="Retry your request">
    Once connected, `shanone_execute_tool` calls for `chatwork_*` tools will succeed.

## Troubleshooting

  <Accordion title="chatwork_send_message fails with a room access error">
    The connected account must already be a member of the target room. Use `chatwork_list_rooms` to confirm the `room_id` is visible to the authenticated user before sending.

  <Accordion title="chatwork_create_task doesn't notify the assignee as expected">
    `to_ids` must be a comma-separated list of valid Chatwork account IDs that are already members of the room — look them up first with `chatwork_list_room_members`.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Uploaded file doesn't show up in chatwork_list_files immediately">
    Chatwork processes uploads server-side; if a freshly uploaded file isn't listed yet, retry `chatwork_list_files` after a short delay.
