# Calendly

Shanone's Calendly integration gives your agent 51 tools for managing scheduling: event types, scheduled events, invitees, availability, organizations, teams, and routing forms.

## Getting Started

  <Step title="Connect via OAuth">
    Ask your agent to do something with Calendly (e.g. "list my upcoming scheduled events"), or connect proactively from **Integrations** in the Shanone dashboard. Either way, you'll get a `connect_link` to authorize Shanone against your Calendly account.

    Approve Calendly's OAuth consent screen for the account (and organization, if applicable) you want Shanone to act on.

    Once connected, `shanone_execute_tool` calls for `calendly_*` tools will succeed.

## Troubleshooting

  <Accordion title="calendly_create_event_invitee fails with a permission error">
    Creating invitees programmatically requires an Enterprise-tier Calendly account; on lower tiers, use `calendly_create_scheduling_link` instead and send that link to the invitee.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Organization or team tools return empty results">
    Membership/team management endpoints require the connected user to be an admin or owner of the Calendly organization — a regular member account won't see other users' data.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Routing form submissions aren't showing up">
    Routing forms must be published and actively receiving submissions in Calendly; `calendly_list_routing_forms` only returns forms owned by the connected user or their organization.
