# Bitbucket

Shanone's Bitbucket integration gives your agent 15 tools covering the everyday code-review workflow — repositories and branches, pull requests, issues, and code search.

## Getting Started

    Ask your agent to do something with Bitbucket (e.g. "list open pull requests in my-workspace/my-repo"), or connect proactively from **Integrations** in the Shanone dashboard.

    Approve Bitbucket's OAuth consent screen for the workspaces and repositories you want Shanone to access.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Retry your request">
    Once connected, `shanone_execute_tool` calls for `bitbucket_*` tools will succeed.

Shanone provides **15 tools** for Bitbucket, organized into these categories:

## Troubleshooting

  <Accordion title="bitbucket_list_repositories returns fewer repos than expected">
    Results are scoped to the workspace(s) authorized during OAuth. Call `bitbucket_list_workspaces` to confirm which workspaces are connected, and reconnect if a workspace is missing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="bitbucket_search_code returns no results for code you know exists">
    Bitbucket's code search indexes asynchronously after pushes — very recent commits may not be searchable yet. Try `bitbucket_list_commits` on the specific branch instead if you need up-to-the-minute results.

  <Accordion title="bitbucket_create_pull_request fails with a branch not found error">
    Confirm the source and destination branch names with `bitbucket_list_branches` first — Bitbucket requires both branches to already exist in the repository.
